DOM.RF Mortgage Agent to Conduct Bond Offering on June 25

DOM.RF Mortgage Agent, a Russian mortgage agency, will conduct a bond offering for its BO-001P-66 series bonds on June 25, 2023, from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM Moscow time.

The technical placement of the bonds on the stock exchange is scheduled for June 26, 2026.

The nominal value of each bond in this issue is 1,000 rubles.

The bonds will mature on December 28, 2056.

ALFA-BANK will act as the placement agent for this offering.

The bonds are being issued under the BO-001P program, which has a total authorized volume of up to 7 trillion rubles.
