The Russian government continues to engage with oil companies on issues related to the fuel market situation and pricing, according to Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov.

Commenting on possible fuel price liberalization, the Kremlin representative noted that the government has mechanisms for ongoing coordination with oil industry participants. He said that authorities are closely monitoring the situation and conducting necessary consultations.

Peskov emphasized that relevant government departments are continuing discussions on current fuel market issues and implementing measures they deem necessary to maintain stability in this area.
