Russian President Vladimir Putin has made personnel changes in the presidential administration structure. According to a published decree, Alexander Matveyev has been appointed as the head of the presidential chancellery.

The relevant document was posted on the official legal information portal and took effect on the day of signing.

In another decree, the head of state relieved Andrey Kazakov from his position as head of the presidential chancellery, which he had held since November 2020. Kazakov was appointed to this post following the death of his predecessor, Alexander Golubev.
