Auto Finance Bank to Hold Bond Offering on June 17th

Auto Finance Bank will conduct a bond offering on June 17th, from 11:00 AM to 3:00 PM Moscow time, for bonds of series BO-001P-19.

The start date of the bond placement will be announced later.

The planned offering amount is up to 10 billion rubles.

The nominal value of each bond is 1,000 rubles.

The bonds will have a three-year maturity period.

Coupon period is 30 days.

Yield target is not higher than the MICEX (Moscow Exchange) 3-year bond yield plus 160 basis points.
