### Russian Air Defense Intercepts Over 300 Ukrainian Drones Overnight In the night of June 8, Russian air defense systems successfully intercepted and neutralized an attack by Ukrainian drones. From 8:00 PM to 8:00 AM, duty crews detected, intercepted, and destroyed 310 unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) of aircraft type. The drones were shot down over the territories of Belgorod, Bryansk, Kursk, Rostov, Volgograd, Saratov, Oryol, Tula, Lipetsk, Kaluga, and Ryazan regions, as well as over Krasnodar Territory, Moscow region, and the Republic of Crimea (a region annexed by Russia in 2014 and claimed by Ukraine). Additionally, several drones were destroyed over the Black Sea and Azov Sea waters. According to the military, all detected air targets were promptly identified and neutralized. Emergency and operational services are working at the sites where drone debris fell.
