Legend Company Issues 1.25 Billion Rubles in Bonds
Legend Company has successfully issued exchange-traded bonds (Series 002P-07) worth 1.25 billion rubles at their nominal value.
Under an open subscription, the company sold 1.25 million bonds, each with a nominal value of 1,000 rubles.
The coupon period is 30 days.
The bonds have a circulation period of 2 years.
The coupon rate for the entire circulation period was set at 19.00% per annum following the bid collection. Initially, the guideline for the first coupon rate was set at no more than 19.50% per annum. The planned issue volume was increased from 1 to 1.25 billion rubles during the bid collection.
Organizers of the placement include Alfa Bank, BCS CIB, VTB Capital Trading, Gazprombank, SovaCom Bank, and Tsifra Broker. SovaCom Bank acts as the placement agent.
