AFK "Sistema" Raises RUB 10 Billion Through Bond Issue
AFK "Sistema" has successfully issued RUB 10 billion worth of exchange-traded bonds (Series 002P-14) at par value.
The issuer sold 10 million bonds, each with a face value of RUB 1,000, through an open subscription process.
The coupon period is set at 30 days.
The bonds have a five-year maturity with a two-year put option.
The coupon rate until the put option is fixed at 17.50% per annum, based on the results of the order book collection.
The placement was organized by Alfa-Bank, VTB Capital Trading, MTS Bank, and SovaBank, with SovaBank acting as the placement agent.
