Gazprombank to Launch 5 Billion Ruble Bond Issue on June 4

On June 4, Gazprombank will commence the placement of an additional series of exchange-traded bonds (No. 4, Series 006P-05P).

The bank plans to offer 5 million bonds with a face value of 1,000 rubles each through an open subscription.

The placement price has been set at 55.50% of the nominal value, which amounts to 555 rubles per bond.

The main issue, with a total nominal value of 2 billion rubles, was initially placed in March 2026 for 1 billion 668.206 million rubles at face value, with maturity in 2031. Between April 21 and 29, 2026, the issuer placed an additional issue No. 1 for 4 billion 859.064 million rubles at face value, while the planned placement volume was 10 billion rubles at face value. Between May 5 and 15, 2026, the issuer placed an additional issue No. 2 for 2 billion 703.017 million rubles at face value, while the planned placement volume was 5 billion rubles at face value. Between May 21 and 29, 2026, the issuer placed an additional issue No. 3 for 3 billion 576.134 million rubles at face value, while the planned placement volume was 5 billion rubles at face value.

The return on these bonds will be a discount (the difference between the nominal value of the bonds and their placement price).
