Russian Duma extends auto industry SPICs until end of 2033

Russian lawmakers have passed a bill in second and third readings that extends special investment contracts (SPICs) in the automotive industry until December 31, 2033, according to Interfax.

This measure applies to contracts where the decision to conclude them was made before August 2019, even if the actual signing took place later.
