Drone Attack on Air Navigation Facility Halts Operations at 13 Southern Russian Airports

Thirteen airports in southern Russia have temporarily suspended operations following the crash of a Ukrainian drone into an air navigation administrative building in Rostov-on-Don, according to the Russian Ministry of Transport.
The affected airports include Astrakhan, Vladikavkaz, Volgograd, Gelendzhik, Grozny, Krasnodar, Makhachkala, Magas, Mineralnye Vody, Nalchik, Sochi, Stavropol, and Elista.
There are no casualties among the staff of the "Air Navigation of Southern Russia" branch. Experts are currently assessing the functionality of the equipment and adjusting air traffic control technologies. Airlines are adjusting their schedules accordingly.
