GAZPROMBANK PJSC to Begin Placement of Additional Bond Issue on April 21

On April 21, the issuer will begin the placement of an additional issue #1 of exchange-traded bonds (series 006P-05P).

The bank plans to sell 3 million bonds with a nominal value of 1,000 rubles each through an open subscription.

The placement price is set at 55% of the nominal value, which amounts to 550 rubles per bond.

The main issue with a total nominal volume of 2 billion rubles was placed in March 2026 for 1 billion 668.206 million rubles at nominal value, with redemption scheduled for 2031.
