### Russian Finance Ministry Places OFZ-26244 Bonds for 72.7 Billion Rubles The Russian Ministry of Finance placed bonds of the federal loan series 26244 (OFZ-PD) worth 72.7 billion rubles at an auction. The total demand for these bonds reached 140.063 billion rubles. The volume of the offering was the remaining balance available for placement in this issue. The final placement amounted to 72.677 billion rubles, with proceeds from the placement totaling 63.216 billion rubles. The cut-off price for the bonds was set at 86.3007% of the nominal value, while the weighted average price stood at 86.3041% of the nominal value. The yield to the cut-off price was 14.68% per annum, and the yield to the weighted average price was also 14.68% per annum. The maturity date for the OFZ-26244 bonds is March 15, 2034. The coupon rate for the entire circulation period is fixed at 11.25% per annum.
