MTS PJSC Places Exchange-Traded Bonds Worth RUB 15 Billion

MTS PJSC, a leading Russian telecommunications company, has successfully placed exchange-traded bonds (Series 002P-19) worth RUB 15 billion at their nominal value.

Through an open subscription, the company issued 15 million bonds, each with a nominal value of RUB 1,000.

The bonds have a ten-year maturity period, with an option to redeem them after three years.

The coupon period is set at 30 days.

The coupon rate until the redemption option was determined based on the book-building results and set at 13.85% per annum.

BK Region acted as the organizer and placement agent for the bond issue.
