Russian President Vladimir Putin has signed a decree transferring shares of the "Music" publishing house to the "Talent and Success" educational foundation. The share package will be transferred as a state property contribution.
According to the document, the transfer involves 10,849 ordinary registered shares currently owned by the federal government. The decision was made as part of initiatives aimed at developing education in the field of musical arts.
The government has been instructed to ensure the transfer of shares to the foundation within six months. However, the decree specifies that the procedure will only be completed if the court decisions on which the shares were previously transferred to the state remain in force.
The Kremlin emphasized that the transfer of shares is seen as a tool to support educational projects in music. The "Talant i Uspekh" foundation implements programs aimed at developing young talents, including in the field of classical arts.
