Russian Air Defense Units Reportedly Destroyed 155 UAVs Over Night

Overnight, Russian air defense units reportedly shot down 155 unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) of aircraft type launched from Ukraine, according to the Russian Ministry of Defense.

The drones were intercepted over the regions of Bryansk, Leningrad, Smolensk, Belgorod, Kursk, Pskov, Kaluga, Tver, Voronezh, Rostov, Ryazan, Oryol, Tula, Yaroslavl, and Novgorod, as well as over the Republic of Crimea (a region annexed by Russia in 2014) and the Moscow area.

Emergency and operational services are currently working at the sites where the drones fell.
