According to Trump, Washington could return to the question of imposing sanctions on Russian oil, but this would only happen after the normalization of global market prices, which have spiked due to the military campaign against Iran.

Additionally, Trump stated that there are currently no preconditions for reaching any deal with Tehran, and negotiations in this direction have not even begun.
