Russian Finance Ministry places OFZ bonds worth 141.5 billion rubles

The Russian Ministry of Finance has announced the results of its auctions for federal loan bonds. The total volume of securities sold by nominal value amounted to 141.472 billion rubles.
At the auction for the OFZ-PD series 26246 bonds, with a maturity date of March 12, 2036, investors purchased securities worth 78.085 billion rubles. The revenue amounted to 72.678 billion rubles. The weighted average placement price was 87.7501% of the nominal value, which corresponds to a yield of 14.85% per annum.
For the OFZ-PD series 26218 bonds, with a maturity date of September 17, 2031, securities worth 49.756 billion rubles were placed. The revenue reached 40.974 billion rubles. The weighted average price was 78.5783% of the nominal value, with a yield of 14.72% per annum.
Additionally, on March 4, 2026, the Ministry of Finance conducted an additional placement after the auction. The offering volume was 24.382 billion rubles, of which 13.631 billion rubles were placed. The revenue from the additional placement reached 11.225 billion rubles. The placement price was set at 78.5783% of the nominal value, corresponding to a yield of 14.72% per annum.
