Gas Prices Rise: 9% Increase for A-92, 3% for A-95 in January

In January, gasoline prices on the exchange rose by 3-5%, while diesel fuel prices of all grades simultaneously decreased. According to data from the Saint Petersburg International Commodity and Raw Materials Exchange (SPIMTSE), this trend is notable. For instance, the price of gasoline grade AИ-92 increased by 9.25%, reaching 59,026 rubles per ton, while AИ-95 gasoline rose by 2.72%, reaching 60,320 rubles per ton. Summer diesel fuel fell by 0.78%, reaching 55,129 rubles per ton, interseasonal diesel by 2.44%, reaching 53,062 rubles per ton, and winter diesel by 2.92%, reaching 59,853 rubles per ton. Jet fuel (aviation kerosene) rose by 0.37%, reaching 76,524 rubles per ton. Meanwhile, heating oil (top-grade мазут) decreased by 4.73%, reaching 10,698 rubles per ton, and liquefied petroleum gas (сжиженные углеводородные газы) fell by 5.98%, reaching 19,278 rubles per ton.
