### Gazprombank Issued Bonds Worth 196.7 Million Rubles Gazprombank has issued an additional tranche of exchange-traded bonds series 006P-04P worth 196.712 million rubles at nominal value, which accounts for 7.87% of the total volume of the additional tranche. From December 23 to December 30, 2025, the bank sold 196,712 bonds with a nominal value of 1,000 rubles each through an open subscription. The bonds were placed at a price of 53% of their nominal value, or 530 rubles per bond. The planned placement volume of the additional tranche was 2.5 billion rubles at nominal value. The main tranche with a total nominal volume of 5 billion rubles was placed on December 16, 2025, for 698.823 million rubles at nominal value, with maturity in 2030. The income from the bonds is a discount (the difference between the nominal value of the bonds and their placement price).
