Russian assets of the Danish insulation materials manufacturer Rockwool have been transferred to the temporary management of a domestic company. According to the decree signed by Russian President Vladimir Putin on December 31 and published on the official portal of legal acts, LLC "Rockwool" has been transferred to the temporary management of JSC "Development of Construction Assets".

In addition, the same structure has been transferred the controlling stake of Rockwool in LLC "Rockwool-Volga" located in Yelabuga. This refers to 68% of the authorized capital, which previously belonged to the foreign owner. The remaining 32% still remain with LLC "Rockwool".

The company "Development of Construction Assets" was registered in Moscow in the autumn of last year. However, information about its founders and management is not disclosed in the Unified State Register of Legal Entities.

A similar decision was made regarding the assets of the Polish packaging manufacturer Canpack. On the last day of 2025, Vladimir Putin signed a decree transferring the Russian subsidiaries of the company - LLC "Can-Pack" and LLC "Can-Pack Packaging Plant" - to temporary management. The management of these assets has been entrusted to LLC "StalElement".
