MFK placed Series 001P-01 bonds worth 500 million rubles.
Issuer "Sovcom Express" sold 500,000 bonds with a nominal value of 1,000 rubles each through an open subscription.
Maturity period is 4 years, with a Put option available on the date of the 24th coupon payment.
Coupon period is 30 days. The repayment of the nominal value of the bonds is carried out in amortization installments: 10% each in the dates of payment of the 39th to 48th coupons.
The coupon rate until the offer is set at 19.50% per annum based on the results of the application collection.
Bonds are available for purchase only by qualified investors.
Sovcombank acts as the organizer and placement agent.
