The Russian government has extended a number of support measures for businesses in border regions. In 2026, affected organizations and individual entrepreneurs in the Belgorod, Bryansk, and Kursk regions will continue to receive state support.

Organizations and businesses will be able to receive subsidies for recovery and maintenance of activities, as well as preferential loans for working capital and investment purposes. The maximum amount and term of such loans are 50 million rubles and 6 years, respectively.

Regions will receive funds under the federal project "Special Short-Term Measures to Support Small and Medium Enterprises." A total of nearly 4.5 billion rubles has been allocated in the federal budget for these purposes in 2026.
