"Sovcombank Leasing" placed bonds worth 7 billion rubles.
The issuer sold 5 million bonds of series BO-P17 and 2 million bonds of series BO-P18 with a nominal value of 1000 rubles each through an open subscription.
The coupon period is 30 days.
The coupon rate for bonds of series BO-P17 was set at 16.00% per annum for the entire circulation period based on the results of the application collection.
The circulation period of the bonds is 3 years.
Sovcombank acts as the organizer and placement agent.
The review was presented by Yulia Grishchenko, member of the Expert Council of the Moscow Exchange Listing Committee, Ph.D. in Economics, Head of the Department of Financial and Investment Management at the Faculty of "Higher School of Management" of the Financial University under the Government of the Russian Federation.
