The Ministry of Finance plans to conduct auctions for the placement of OФZ-PД issue No. 26254RMFS and OФZ-PД issue No. 26252RMFS on December 10, 2025.
The maturity date of the OФZ issue 26254 is October 3, 2040. The coupon rate for the entire term of the loan is 13.00% per annum.
The maturity date of the OФZ issue 26252 is October 12, 2033. The coupon rate for the entire term of the loan is 12.50% per annum.
Bids for the auctions can be submitted through ПАО Московская Биржа and/or АО СПВБ.
