This opportunity will be available to residents of cities where no more than two multi-family buildings are being constructed.

Additionally, the list of individuals eligible for the subsidized mortgage has been expanded. Along with teachers, this opportunity will be available to all employees of state and municipal educational institutions located in the Far East Federal District and the terrestrial territories of the Russian Arctic Zone.
