### Gazprom Issues Bonds Worth 40 Billion Rubles
Gazprom has issued exchange-traded bonds (series BO-003R-07) worth 40 billion rubles at their nominal value.
The issuer sold 40 million bonds, each with a nominal value of 1,000 rubles, through an open subscription.
The bonds have a circulation period of 3.5 years, with a coupon period of 30 days.
The coupon income is calculated as the sum of daily income for each coupon period using the formula: the key interest rate of the Bank of Russia + a spread, which was set at the end of the application collection at 1.50% per annum.
The placement organizers are Gazprombank, Sber CIB, and Sovcombank. Gazprombank acts as the placement agent.
The overview was presented by Yulia Grishchenko, a member of the Expert Council of the Moscow Exchange Listing Committee, Ph.D. in Economics, and Head of the Department of Financial and Investment Management at the Faculty of "Higher School of Management" of the Financial University under the Government of the Russian Federation.
