RZD Issues Bonds Linked to RUONIA

"RZD" has issued bonds linked to RUONIA. The issuer sold 45 million bonds with a nominal value of 1,000 rubles each through an open subscription. The bonds have a circulation period of 10 years, with an offer available after 2 years and 10 months. The coupon period is 31 days. The rate of the first coupon was set at 18.08% per annum based on the results of the application collection. The rates of the 2nd to 33rd coupons are determined as RUONIA + spread, which was set at 1.70% per annum based on the results of the application collection. Organizers of the placement: Gazprombank, Alfa-Bank, Sinara Investment Bank, MKB, Sber CIB. Gazprombank is the placement agent. The issue was placed within the framework of the stock exchange bond program series 001P with a total volume of up to 2.7 trillion rubles inclusive or an equivalent amount in foreign currency.
