The Ministry of Finance currently does not have a clear position on the regulation of payment methods on marketplaces. This is how Deputy Finance Minister Ivan Chebeskov commented on the situation around loyalty programs of online trading platforms.

"We hear arguments from both sides, we are now looking at the economy of both marketplaces and banks associated with them, we want to find a really fair approach for everyone," TASS quotes Chebeskov as saying.

According to him, the Ministry of Finance does not take the position of any side, its task is to find a balanced approach from the point of view of state policy.
