"Akvilon-Leasing" placed bonds worth 100 million rubles. The issuer placed exchange-traded bonds of series BO-04-001P worth 100 million rubles at nominal value. 100,000 bonds with a nominal value of 1,000 rubles each were sold through an open subscription. The bonds have a circulation period of 3 years, with an offer placed after 1.5 years. Repayment of the nominal value is carried out in amortization parts: 8% at the end of the 1st to 11th coupons, and 12% at the end of the 12th coupon. The coupon rate until the offer is set at 22% per annum. The placement agent is JSC "IK RIKOM-TRUST". The bonds were issued within the framework of the bond program of series 001P with a total volume of up to 500 million rubles.
