"Baltic Leasing" placed bonds worth 2.5 billion rubles.

The issuer placed exchange-traded bonds of series BO-P21 for 2.5 billion rubles at nominal value.

The company sold 2.5 million bonds with a nominal value of 1,000 rubles each through an open subscription.

The circulation period is 10 years and 1 month, with an offer made after one year. The coupon period is 30 days.

The coupon income is determined as the sum of income for each day of the coupon period using the formula: the key interest rate of the Central Bank of Russia + a spread of 0.50% per annum.

The issue was placed within the framework of the exchange-traded bond program of series 001P with a total volume of up to 150 billion rubles inclusive or an equivalent amount in foreign currency.

The review was presented by Yulia Grishchenko, a member of the Expert Council of the Moscow Exchange Listing Committee, Ph.D. in Economics, Head of the Department of Financial and Investment Management at the Faculty of "Higher School of Management" of the Financial University under the Government of the Russian Federation.
