Oil is trading at $64 per barrel.

On Tuesday, the benchmark North Sea crude oil grade BRENT rose to $63.70 per barrel, with a price drop of about 0.8%.

The Russian export oil blend URALS, which includes heavy sulfurous oil from the Urals-Volga region and light Western Siberian oil of the SIBERIAN LIGHT grade, is trading near $54.94 per barrel.

The price difference between these oil grades has narrowed to a range of $3-7 per barrel.

The review was presented by Yulia Grishchenko, a member of the listing expert council of the Moscow Exchange, Ph.D. in Economics, Head of the Department of Financial and Investment Management at the Faculty of "Higher School of Management" of the Financial University under the Government of the Russian Federation.
