When preparing the federal budget for 2026, the Ministry of Finance proceeds from the base scenario of the Central Bank, where the budget remains balanced. It is assumed that in this scenario, the key rate of the Central Bank will be at the level of 12-13%. This was stated by the head of the Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation Anton Siluanov in an interview with Izvestia.

- We are budgeting for 2026 at the key level of 12-13%, - said Siluanov.
