In February, the volume of DDU apartment sales increased by 25% year-on-year

Sales of apartments under equity participation agreements showed significant growth: in February 2025, sales reached 1.9 million square meters, which is 20-25% higher than in February of the previous two years (1.5-1.6 million square meters) and follows the January result of 1.5 million square meters.

Experts attribute the increase in sales to two main factors: the expansion of the preferential mortgage program and the growing popularity of installments offered by developers.
