The Japanese authorities have announced new sanctions against citizens and organizations from the Russian Federation. This is reported on the website of the Japanese government.
The blacklist will include 3 banks (CMRBank, RFK Bank and Timber Bank, 29 companies and 11 Russians (including representatives of the management of Alrosa, Rostec,PSV Technologies, Aleksinsky Chemical Plant, several Russian NGOs of mechanical engineering), export restrictions are also planned for 22 Russian organizations and 335 items of goods (parts for special equipment, tools, subcompact motorcycles).
The new sanctions will come into force on January 23.
In addition to Russian companies and citizens, Japan will also impose restrictions on a number of companies and citizens from China, North Korea, Kyrgyzstan, Kazakhstan, Turkey, the United Arab Emirates, Thailand and Georgia.
