From December 1 in Russia, those who have signed a contract with the Ministry of Defense to participate in their own can write off debts on all available loans. The relevant applications have already been accepted by the Federal Bailiff Service.

According to federal law, enforcement proceedings, as well as unfulfilled credit obligations of military personnel who have signed an annual contract from December 1, 2024 for military service in the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation to perform their tasks, are terminated. So, the debtor or his spouse can write off up to 10 million rubles on the mortgage.

For the prompt termination of enforcement proceedings and the lifting of all arrests and restrictive measures, applicants should contact the structural divisions of the FSSP.

The law on the cancellation of all debts to the participants of the CBO and their spouses was signed by the President of the Russian Federation on November 23, 2024.
