Russian President Vladimir Putin signed the law on the federal budget for 2025 and the planning period 2026-2027, informs TASS.
In the document, federal budget revenues next year are projected at 40.296 trillion rubles. In 2026, the budget expects 41.84 trillion rubles in revenue. In 2027, revenues are projected at 43.154 trillion rubles.
The forecast for expenses in 2025 is 41.469 trillion rubles. In 2026, expenditures of 44.022 trillion rubles are planned. Expenses in 2027 are expected to reach 45.915 trillion rubles.
The federal budget deficit will amount to 1,173 trillion rubles in the new year.
The expected GDP figures are also defined in the law. In 2025, GDP is projected to grow by 2.5% to the level of 214.575 trillion rubles.
According to the forecast for the beginning of the year, the volume of the National Welfare Fund will amount to 11.055 trillion rubles in the new year, which is 5.2% of GDP.
