Russian Stock Indices MICEX, RTS Edge Up 0.2% at Start of Main Trading Session

Russian stock market opens main session with a 0.2% increase in MICEX and RTS indices on October 30, according to trading data.

In the first minute of trading, the MICEX index rose to 2497.68 points, while the RTS index reached 975.28 points.

Among the leading gainers were shares of VK (+2%), Ozon (+0.7%), X5 Retail Group (+0.6%), Aeroflot (+0.6%), Inter RAO (+0.5%), Lukoil (+0.4%), Rosneft (+0.4%), MTS (+0.4%), Rusal (+0.4%).

On the other hand, shares of Polus (-0.7%), Severstal (-0.6%), MMK (-0.5%), Yandex (-0.4%), DOM.RF (-0.2%), Norilsk Nickel (-0.1%), Alrosa (-0.1%), T-Technologies (-0.1%) saw a decline in value.
