Russia plans to establish 100 industrial parks and tech parks by 2030, a task outlined in a presidential directive, according to Russian Minister of Economic Development Maxim Reshetnikov.
In 2026, 32 projects were selected to receive state support and will be implemented across 18 regions of the country.
Between 2027 and 2029, 32 billion rubles (approximately $400 million) will be allocated for the development of industrial and technological sites. This funding is intended to facilitate the creation and expansion of infrastructure for manufacturing and technology companies.
