VEB RF Completes Placement of 900 Million Ruble Bonds

State Development Corporation VEB.RF has completed the placement of exchange-traded bonds of series PBO-002R-K757. From October 2 to 6, 2026, investors purchased 900,000 securities, according to the Center for Disclosure of Corporate Information.

The nominal value of each bond is 1,000 rubles. All placed bonds were sold at the nominal price, resulting in a total amount of funds raised of 900 million rubles.

The placement was conducted through an open subscription. Payment for the purchased bonds was made electronically in rubles.

The volume of actually placed bonds amounted to 1.8% of the total number of bonds provided for by the issue. Thus, out of the planned issue volume, 900,000 bonds were placed.

The bonds have a circulation period of 90 days from the start of placement. The issue was registered by the Moscow Exchange on July 24, 2026, under the number 4B02-321-00004-T-002P. The international identification code (ISIN) of the bonds is RU000A10FS98.

VEB.RF disclosed information about the completion of the placement on October 6, 2026.
