Gazprom Capital pays 1.14 bln rubles in coupon on bonds

Gazprom Capital LLC has fully met its obligations to pay the coupon income on exchange-traded bonds of series BO-002R-10. The total amount paid to bondholders was 1.1445 billion rubles.

The payment was made following the 12th coupon period, which ran from July 7 to October 6, 2026. Each bond received a coupon income of 38.15 rubles.

Payments were made to holders of 30 million bonds issued under registration number 4B02-10-36400-R-002P on October 5, 2023. The international securities identification number (ISIN) for these bonds is RU000A107084.

Funds were transferred electronically in rubles. The obligation to make the payment became due on October 6, 2026.

Gazprom Capital announced that it had fully met its obligations, with the volume of coupon income paid reaching 100% of the stipulated amount.
