In 2026, over 3.4 billion rubles will be allocated for the implementation of the "Simferopol - Alushta - Yalta" road project, according to a decree signed by Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin. The road will stretch between 155 and 180 kilometers.

The new highway will extend the southeastern bypass of Sevastopol and connect the federal "Tavrida" highway with the Southern Coast of Crimea.

Russian Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin emphasized that the project is aimed at improving transport connectivity between settlements on the peninsula. Additionally, the new road will enhance opportunities for tourist travel in Crimea.

The project is being implemented as part of the state program for the socio-economic development of Crimea and Sevastopol, which is scheduled until 2030.
