Polyplast to Issue Exchange-Traded Bonds Worth 1.4 Billion Rubles

Polyplast plans to issue a series of exchange-traded bonds (P02-BO-17) with a total value of 1.4 billion rubles. The final benchmark for the first coupon rate is set at 17.75% per annum.

The technical listing of the bonds on the stock exchange is scheduled for September 9, 2026.

The planned total issuance amount was at least 1 billion rubles.

Each bond will have a face value of 1,000 rubles.

The coupon period is 30 days.

The bonds will have a circulation period of 2 years.

Initially, the benchmark for the first coupon rate on the P02-BO-17 series was set at no more than 17.75% per annum, while for the P02-BO-18 series it was set at KS + no more than 375 basis points.

The placement organizers are Alfa Bank, BCS CI, Gazprombank, and T-Bank. Gazprombank acts as the placement agent.
