Eurotrans JSC has failed to meet its obligations on coupon payments for three bond issues within the specified time frame, resulting in a total of 126.9 million rubles ($1.5 million) in overdue payments.
The company attributed the failure to temporary cash shortages caused by uneven revenue inflows.
The largest overdue amount, 75.6 million rubles, was for the 14th coupon payment on its green bond series 01 (ISIN RU000A10BVW6), which was due on August 20, 2026.
Additionally, Eurotrans did not pay 41.1 million rubles for the 7th coupon payment on its exchange-traded bond series BO-001R-09 (ISIN RU000A10E4X3), also due on August 20.
Furthermore, the company defaulted on its green bond series 002P-02 (ISIN RU000A108D81), with an overdue amount of 10.2 million rubles for the 28th coupon payment.
Information about the non-fulfillment of obligations was disclosed by the company on September 3 and 4, 2026.
