Russian President Vladimir Putin has instructed regional authorities to swiftly implement a nationwide electronic evaluation system for social institutions across the country.
The head of state announced that starting from 2026, citizens will be able to assess the quality of various organizations, including educational, medical, sports, and cultural institutions, through the state digital portal "Gosuslugi" (State Services).
Currently, this service is operational in only 30 Russian regions. Putin urged the remaining federal subjects to expedite the introduction of the digital tool and integrate it with existing electronic platforms.
According to the president, the system should be as user-friendly as possible, including mobile accessibility, so that people can easily leave their ratings and feedback without unnecessary complications.
Putin emphasized that feedback from the population should become one of the mechanisms for improving the quality of work in social institutions.
