MICEX Index Falls 0.5% on Tuesday Trading Session

The MICEX Index, a key indicator of the Russian stock market, is trading at 2,350 basis points on Tuesday, marking a 0.5% decline.

Here is the trading dynamics for the most liquid stocks:

- Lukoil +0.2%

- Sberbank +0.1%

- Rosneft +0.2%

- Gazprom -0.1%

The MICEX Index is a price indicator of the Russian stock market, calculated based on the free-float market capitalization of highly liquid shares from large and rapidly growing Russian companies.

This composite stock index is calculated using prices weighted by market capitalization, taking into account the free-float of the most liquid Russian company shares.

It is worth noting that the index composition and weighting are reviewed quarterly.
