RussOil to Place 200 Million Ruble Bonds on August 20

Russian oil company "RussOil" will begin the placement of bonds worth 200 million rubles on August 20.

According to a company statement, the issuer will start placing exchange-traded bonds of series BO-02 on August 20.

The issuer plans to place 200,000 bonds with a nominal value of 1,000 rubles each through an open subscription.

The bonds will have a circulation period of 3 years.

Repayment of the nominal value of the bonds will be made in amortization installments: 25% of the nominal value in the dates of the end of the 9th-12th coupon periods.

There is also an option for early repayment at the discretion of the issuer in the date of the end of the 6th coupon period.

The coupon rate for the entire circulation period is set at 22.25% per annum.
