MICEX rises by 0.1% on Tuesday trading session, reaching 2090 base points.
Most liquid stocks show the following trading dynamics:
- VTB +0.8%;
- Sberbank +0.2%;
- Rosneft +0.4%;
- Gazprom +0.2%.
The MICEX Index is a price indicator of the Russian stock market. It is formed based on the free-float market capitalization of highly liquid shares of large and dynamically growing Russian companies.
The composite stock index of the Moscow Exchange is calculated based on prices weighted by market capitalization with free-float, reflecting the most liquid Russian company stocks.
It is worth noting that the index composition and weight are reviewed quarterly.
