Pavel Kosov appointed CEO of Russian Ecological Operator

Pavel Kosov has been appointed as the CEO of the Public Law Company "Russian Ecological Operator" (REO), according to a decree signed by Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin, which will soon be published, reports Kommersant.

Kosov, 50, has been serving as CEO of JSC "Rosagroleasing" since August 2018.

The Russian Ecological Operator oversees the implementation of waste management reform in Russia. Kosov will replace Irina Tarasova, who has been leading REO since March 2025. Tarasova will continue working at the company but in a different capacity.
