Agroeco Group to Launch 4 Billion Ruble Bond Offering on August 25

Agroeco Group LLC (ГК Агроэко), a Russian agricultural company, will conduct a bond offering for 4 billion rubles on August 25, 2023, from 11:00 to 15:00 Moscow time.

The planned technical listing of the bonds on the stock exchange is scheduled for August 28, 2026.

The total offering amount is set at 4 billion rubles, with each bond having a face value of 1,000 rubles.

The bonds will have a three-year term and a coupon period of 30 days.

Rosselkhozbank (Россельхозбанк), a state-owned Russian bank, will act as the organizer and placement agent for the bond issue.
