The Russian government has temporarily exempted transporters of gasoline, diesel fuel, and aviation kerosene from mandatory compliance with weight and dimension requirements for vehicles.

The relevant decree was published on the official legal information portal. The new rules will be in effect until December 31, 2026.

According to the document, vehicles used for transporting motor fuels and aviation kerosene will not be subject to evaluation of compliance with certain mandatory requirements within the framework of state road transport control until the end of the year.

This includes regulations related to weight and dimension control of heavy and oversized vehicles.

The decision applies to transporters of gasoline, diesel fuel, and aviation kerosene and aims to simplify logistics for the delivery of these types of fuel.

The government decree came into force upon signing.
